1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PYOZI AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PYOZI AI is an AI-powered web novel cover and illustration generation service. We provide tools to create book covers, illustrations, and typography for web novels across various genres.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service
• One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Credits and subscription benefits do not carry over after expiration

5. User Content and Ownership

You, whether a legal or physical entity, retain all rights and ownership of your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your Content. Unless you agree and PYOZI AI agrees specifically to transfer your ownership to PYOZI AI.

• Free Plan Limitations: Non-commercial use (Free plan) is strictly limited to personal collection, practice, and sharing among acquaintances. Regardless of whether revenue is generated, uploading images as covers or illustrations for serialized works on public web novel platforms (e.g., Novelpia, Munpia) is considered commercial use and requires a paid plan or single package purchase.
• You may not use generated content for illegal purposes
• You may not generate content that violates others' intellectual property rights

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Generate explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Share or resell your account credentials
• Circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
• STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Generation of illegal content, NSFW/adult content, violent content, and deepfake content. Violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PYOZI AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
